The Leadership Lens
Twelve months to observe, reflect, shape and create
A free book by Suj Munir
Leadership is not what we do. It is how we see. Before decisions are made, before words are spoken, leadership has already taken shape. This is a year of practice in seeing clearly: twelve months through four seasons, and the four forces that leadership is made of.
What it is
There is no model to apply and no score to reach. Each chapter opens on a scene you will recognise, then asks one question at a time about how you actually lead. Read a chapter a month, and let the year do the work.
At the heart of the book is a simple lens: four forces, judgement, direction, identity and attention, and the four regions where they meet. The book does not measure you against it. It asks you to notice, over a year, where your leadership tends to sit, which forces take over under pressure, and which are consistently underused.
It was written for leaders who have grown more proficient and less certain, and who suspect the answer is not another technique.
