Your book request and privacy

The Leadership Lens is hosted by OTOvios, from Archema Labs Ltd. You do not need an account to request the book.

What we collect

We save your first name, email address, request date, the source of your visit, and your choice about the one-off leadership assessment update. We record the checkbox wording and the date of your choice. If our hosting provider supplies a country code, we save that too.

To limit repeated requests, we temporarily record a keyed hash of your network address and a request count. We do not save the raw address in our leads or request-limit tables. Old request-limit records are removed on subsequent requests after two hours. Our hosting provider may separately process network information to operate and secure the service.

How we use it

We use your name and email to deliver the book you requested through Resend. Supabase stores the request, and Vercel hosts the page. The email also includes an optional link to make an OTOvios account.

We will email you once when the leadership assessment is ready only if you tick the optional checkbox. You can withdraw that consent using the unsubscribe link in your email. Requesting the book does not subscribe you to general marketing.

We record a download-request event and its source to understand how readers find the book. That event contains no email address or raw network address.

Your choices

You can read Month 1 without giving an email address. You can ask to see, correct or delete your book-request information by writing to privacy@otovios.com. Book-request records remain until deleted; unsubscribing stops assessment updates but does not itself delete the request.
